Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing begins 24 hours after your order is placed to allow time for payment verification and to ensure the transaction is finalized. Business days are Monday-Friday and excludes any weekends/holidays.
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping time typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier transit times. At this time, USPS is our primary shipping carrier for all domestic orders.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate, and shipping time begins only after your order has been fulfilled and tracking has been issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, HAUSOFNUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, you must contact HAUSOFNUE within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can assist you with initiating a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Please note that final claim decisions are made by the shipping carrier.

How often should I take the product?
For best results, we recommend following the instructions inside the package. Consistency is key to your growth journey.
Can I use the beauty serums daily?
Most of our serums are designed for daily use. If you have very reactive skin, we suggest starting 2-3 times a week to let your skin adjust to the potent ingredients.

How long does shipping take?
Orders begin processing 24Hours after placement. Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Once an order has shipped it typically arrives within 2-4 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Hausofnue does not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, but we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience.
What happens if I file a dispute?
If a dispute is filed, Hausofnue reserves the right to formally respond and provide supporting documentation to the payment provider. We also reserve the right to restrict future purchases from customers who initiate disputes.
