SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. HAUSOFNUE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.
ORDER INFORMATION CHANGES
All order information entered at checkout is final. Hausofnue is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to:

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Hausofnue is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At this time, all sales are final. Hausofnue does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to restock or resell items once they have been shipped.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase with Hausofnue, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Hausofnue reserves the right to dispute any chargeback claims with supporting evidence, including proof of delivery, order confirmation, and customer communication.
Customers who file unjustified chargebacks may be permanently restricted from making future purchases.
